Topaz - Control batching in concrete plants and hybrid machines - Weighing Software

Topaz – Control batching in concrete plants and hybrid machines

Topaz is a system for the operation of concrete plants and mixing machines. It’s the only software of its kind which enables the definition of all the settings in a computerized interface that’s clear and convenient to the user. The smart production software runs the entire control system directly from your computer.

Topaz – Software for managing batching in concrete plants

Topaz is the only software of its kind, allowing you to run a factory without any connection to the controller, instead managing the whole thing from your computer. Designed for Windows 7/Windows 8, it’s a smart production software that works as an online system to control the system resources for the fastest possible manufacturing efficiency. Designed for the world of industrial dosing and filling, the software allows you to set different user levels with different levels of access. The software screens are all protected and can only be accessed by entering a password.

Factory materials list

Define the active raw materials in the plant

For each plant, you can define which materials are present. You can also define which materials are possible in general. This allows you to see the active material in each container within the graphic display on the work screen.

Mix building screen

Mix-building screen

The mix-building screen allows you to define different mixtures from different materials. The ingredients must be in the overall list of materials, but they don’t have to be from the list of materials that are currently in the specific plant. For each mixture, you can define its constituent materials, and each material in the mixture can be defined from the threshold boundaries of the material.

Material Screen

The system is built dynamically: the software can be changed by the user to reflect changes in the factory. You can add materials and containers (e.g. if you add a new material container to a factory that wasn’t there before), download materials and containers, and add or remove different additives. The plant’s status will be displayed in real-time, all without modification and supported by self-updates. Of course, the system won’t allow the introduction of materials that don’t exist in the plant to containers. For smaller changes, such as transferring materials between different containers, there’s a “masked materials” screen.

material disposal order

Material handling system for the mixer/truck

For each mixture, the order in which the data is unloaded can be defined independently and personally. If order is important, specify the order of unloading materials for mixing and update as required.

data screen

Intuitive and easy to operate interface

The screen is built in a clear and easy-to-operate way. The screen provides the operator with the latest data, including the status of the taps and the cards. Learn what’s happening at any moment, what’s missing, which tanks are about to empty, which snails and pumps work, etc. From this screen, you can also switch to various operational settings that can be performed while filling.

tabular worksheet

A tabular worksheet to display the job status

At any stage during work, you can go to the central screen and view data in the execution tables. You can see the status of the process, what’s been done and what’s yet to be done. This screen is also updated regularly. The whole process can be followed and updated online.

The software, of course, contains many other options that are too short to contain. The software also contains a special module designed for plants in Nash. There is complementary software for the management of work arrangements and obligo clients that communicate with bookkeeping. It is important to note that the system knows how to communicate with external organizational software, to obtain production orders from them, and to report to them what was actually done.
